Extra fine binding in scarlet crushed morocco, boards gilt-stamped with titles in Greek and elaborate gilt-stamped foliate design and green morocco onlays. Gilt-stamped and onlaid design continued in spine compartments (where the onlaid green morocco has faded to brown), gilt lettered direct in second compartment and to foot of spine. Densely gilt-ruled inner dentelles, silk end-papers, top edges gilt. Custom slipcase.
